The "HCP" Haitian Community Partners a Brockton-based organization, had its first annual fundraising at Tamboo Bistro in Brockton Ma on March 16th 2014. I was on hand, and captured the event. The entertainment was provided by "Smooth Vibe Music Band" & a guess singer. Many officials and politicians were also in attendance present. What a night it was.
